Referral Terms

• All current and new users domiciled in non-restricted regions are eligible to join the Celeris Referral Program (the "Program").

• You are ineligible to participate in this Program if you are in these regions.

• By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood them.

• The commissions that participants earn from trading fees of referrals are subject to change at the sole discretion of Celeris.

• Celeris reserves all rights to the final interpretation of the Program.

• Celeris reserves the right to disqualify any user who violates the Terms and Conditions or acts in a way that is contrary to the spirit of the intention of the Program.

• Celeris reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time, with or without notice to participants.
