Our Services
Celeris is a decentralized exchange (DEX) enabling peer-to-peer trading of digital assets on the Monad Blockchain. We are designed for speed, scalability, and security that allows users to trade digital tokens and financial instruments such as futures and options.
The Service includes, but is not limited to:
A user interface for accessing market data and executing trades
Liquidity pools that support automated market-making
Opportunities for yield farming and staking
Governance mechanisms allowing protocol upgrades and parameter changes
Celeris operates through open-source smart contracts. However, the user interface, APIs, and any additional features developed and provided by Celeris Labs are proprietary and closed-source.
Celeris does not hold or manage user funds. All digital assets remain fully under the control of users via their wallets.
Celeris uses TradingView technology to display data on charts. TradingView is globally recognized as a leading platform for charting and trading, offering an extensive array of technical, drawing, and analytical tools. Powered by robust technologies available on web browsers, desktop applications, and mobile apps, this platform delivers unparalleled access to real-time data, e.g. BTC USD chart, the latest financial news, Stock screener and Economic calendar.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
Anyone can use Celeris. However, there are certain things you are not permitted to do on Celeris, such as engaging in illegal activities or causing damage to our services or systems.
The range of services that are legally available to you will depend in part upon the country in which you are a resident and from which you access Celeris.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law to use the Service.
You are solely responsible for securing your Wallet and any associated private keys. Celeris bears no responsibility for any unauthorized access to your Wallet or for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Trading Risks
Cryptocurrencies and digital tokens are subject to high market volatility and risk and are out of Celeris' control and sphere of influence. Please apply your due diligence before buying or selling cryptocurrencies and digital tokens. Celeris shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages) from participating in trading activities or other crypto market-related activities. Do not use Celeris if you do not understand these risks, and enter into trades only when you understand the trading option you are using, the characteristics of the digital asset you intend to trade, and the potential financial risk of loss that trading them entails.

Complete Terms of Service
These Terms of Service and any terms incorporated herein ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website provided by us, our partners, or any other third-party service providers (collectively, "Celeris”, "we", "us", or "our") including but not limited to trading, staking, liquidity pools, order books, matching engines, trading events, reward programs, APIs and all other services provided by Celeris as described in these Terms (collectively, our "Services").
Celeris reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time for any reason. Access to the website is subject to these Terms, as they are amended from time to time and published on the website. You should, therefore, read this page carefully each time you access Celeris. Your continued access to the Website shall be deemed as having read, understood, and accepted the revised Terms published on the Website.
1. Key Definitions
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Terms will have the following meanings:
1.1 "Blockchain" Refers to the blockchain network on which Celeris operates and facilitates its core functionalities.
1.2 "Smart Contracts" Means the open-source, self-executing code deployed on the Monad Blockchain that governs the operations and logic of Celeris.
1.3 "Digital Assets" Refers to cryptocurrencies, tokens, or other blockchain-based assets that can be traded, staked, or otherwise transacted with on Celeris.
1.4 "Wallet" Means any cryptocurrency wallet that is compatible with the Monad Blockchain and capable of interacting with the Celeris platform.
2. Restricted Locations
Residents or inhabitants of the following jurisdictions (the "Restricted Locations") are not permitted to use the Services provided by Celeris: United States of America, Mainland China, Singapore and countries sanctioned by United Nations Article 41: Southern Rhodesia, South Africa, the Former Yugoslavia, Haiti, Angola, Liberia, Eritrea/Ethiopia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Côte d’Ivoire, Iran, Somalia/Eritrea, Iraq, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Lebanon, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Libya, Guinea-Bissau, Central African Republic, Yemen, South Sudan and Mali.
3. Eligibility
Celeris does not make the Services available in all markets and jurisdictions. If you are registering to use the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that (i) such legal entity is duly organized and validly existing under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of its organization; and (ii) you are duly authorized by such legal entity to act on its behalf.
You further represent and warrant that you: (a) are of legal age to form a binding contract (at least 18 years old in the U.S.); (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from using our Services; (c) have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (d) are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of (i) any Restricted Locations, or (ii) any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or services; (e) are not identified as a "Specially Designated National;" (f) are not placed on the Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List; (g) will not use our Services if any applicable laws in your country prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms; and (h) meet all eligibility requirements for the Services at the time of using any Services.
Celeris may condition your access or continued access to certain Services (or features of those Services), such as by imposing eligibility requirements. Celeris will keep you informed of these on its website. Celeris may require, on an ongoing basis, that you demonstrate to us that you continue to meet these requirements. All eligibility decisions made by Celeris are final.
4. General Obligations
By accessing Celeris or engaging in the Services, you agree to the following obligations.
You must provide any information required when creating an Account or when prompted by any screen displayed within the Services. You represent and warrant that any information you provide via the Services is accurate and complete.
You will, if required by the Services, create a strong password that you do not use for any other website or online service.
You will maintain the security of your Account by restricting access to your Account and protecting your password, encrypted key, or any other cryptographic seed phrases related to your Account.
5. Limitation of Liability
By engaging in the Services, you agree that Celeris will not be liable for losses to your account, including but not limited to: (a) any activities that occur due to any authorized or unauthorized access to your Account; (b) transferring your Digital Assets to a blockchain address or Account not owned or controlled by you; (c) security breaches including but not limited to hacks or intrusions to Celeris or third-party providers, DNS hijacking, and smart contract exploits.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Celeris does not give any guarantee on uptime or service level regarding the usage of the Services. This means that transactions you submit via the Services may fail at any given point in time without warranty. Celeris will not be responsible for losses due to such failed transactions.
Celeris cannot recover and will not be responsible for any Digital Asset that may be lost due to incorrect Digital Asset transfer.
7. Acceptable Use
We may, at any time and our sole discretion, limit, suspend or terminate your use of Celeris, if any transactions are made which we in our sole discretion deem to be (a) made in breach of this Agreement; or (b) suspicious, unauthorized or fraudulent, including without limitation to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud or other illegal activities; or (c) if we become aware or suspect that any Digital Assets or funds held in your Account may be associated with criminal proceeds or otherwise are not lawfully possessed by you.
8. Conditions and Restrictions
We may, at any time and for any reason, refuse to execute any transaction submitted via the Services or impose any other conditions or restrictions upon your use of the Services without prior notice.
9. Risk Disclosure
You understand that an investment or trade in any security or cryptocurrency is subject to several risks and that discussions of any security or cryptocurrency published on Celeris may not contain a list or description of relevant risk factors. You understand that markets change continuously, so any information, content, or other material provided on or through Celeris may not be complete or current or may be superseded by more current information. You rely on such information at your own risk.
Celeris offers its Services at your own risk. You acknowledge, agree and accept that trading entails a high financial risk. You have the necessary experience and knowledge to understand the risks involved in using the Services, in particular, derivative products. You should carefully assess whether your financial situation and risk tolerance are suitable for buying, selling or trading cryptocurrency and using the Services.
You may lose all of the funds in your Account.
